Joe Spyhalski is the Cost Accounting Manager for EJ USA, one of America’s top manufacturers and distributors of construction castings. You’ve probably seen their manhole covers.
More importantly, Joe is an awesome guy and an alumni member of the Prophix Customer Advisory Board. A few weeks ago, he redeemed his Red Carpet points for a gift card that he used towards a Finance Team outing for ice cream! That’s Joe at the top right in the photograph.

Our team does quarterly team outings to build team chemistry and celebrate accomplishments with one another. This year we have done an Escape Room (we came close to finishing but came up just short!) and also volunteered at a local festival, helping elderly residents of a nursing home get to and from the festival so they could enjoy the music and camaraderie with the rest of the town.
Looks like fun. Our finance group spent a morning working on a habitat for humanity house. Fun to get outside of the office and spend time doing something to help others as a group.
