Check Out How UPMC Reports Against Industry Standards

Very true. There’s more to “done” than merely installing software and building the reports. The project must include communication, training, and fostering adoption.

The motto “if you build it they will come” Should be reframed as “if you build it, and do a great job of making it relevant to your target audience, you’ll be ready to tell people about it, train them on it, and show them the value of your work and how it makes their jobs better, and if they like what they see and can grasp the concepts, they will come back.”

This gives me some ideas! Thanks for sharing!

Very interesting to see how you’ve modeled allocations in Prophix

It was nice to read about your success with Prophix, and the positive feedback from executive leadership!

Love seeing examples of using Prophix as an ETL tool! Such a creative way to work with survey data!

This is great. It gave me some good ideas about how we can expand our use of Prophix.
