Dashboard Errors

Is anyone else having issues with Dashboards. My end users have no access to custom dashboards. Admins can see Dashboards. It happened a week or so ago and appeared to be fixed, but then has started back up again.

Yes, I am having the same error and have submitted a support ticket.

@michael.curley, what do you mean by “custom” dashboard? Aren’t they all custom? Except for the initial dashboard with worms’ teeth KPIs…. :slight_smile:

Do you find that this effects essentially every useful dashboard?

Yes, they are all custom dashboards. Support did provide a fix to the problem. We saved the dashboards in our Public Folder and that has worked. We have been saving in the Admin folder and users had access. I assume in the latest upgrade they now require the dashboards to be saved in Public?
