Hi- I updated a template in design mode and see the edits when I review the template as a report, but not when i view it in data entry mode?? has anyone else had this issue and how did you fix it?
Hi Diana, we have seen some delays in updating, sometimes it doesn’t reflect right away…did you make sure to save changes in the template / close it, and then go back (ie document explorer) and re-open it in data entry mode?
