As the administrator of my Prophix environment, it would be great to learn of potential issues through automated notifications instead of waiting for an end user to contact me asking if something is wrong. For example, it would be great to get an email notification only when a scheduled process results in an Error status. I know we can get notified of all results, but I don’t need to take action unless something fails. Is this already a possibility within Prophix and if not, could it be a potential new feature?

Under the advanced tab in Process Manager, you can set the frequency of the emails to be “Only if not successful” or “Only on failure”.
