Posting on the discussion forum is a great way to connect with other Prophix customers and product experts. This section of Red Carpet has grown increasingly popular over the years because it’s effective and easy to use.
Here’s how to do it!
Visit the Red Carpet homepage. You’re already part-way there because the discussion forum appears at the bottom here. Click the button that says New Topic.
Now pick a title for your post and a category in which it should appear. If you’re struggling to find the right category, simply select General Discussions. The title of the post must include at least 10 characters, and the post itself requires 20 characters.
Once you’ve done that, all you need to is click on Create Topic, the big red button on the bottom left.
