Can access be restricted to only admin users when general maintenance or unscheduled outages occur? It would be helpful if an outage notification or under maintenance message could be displayed and prevent general users from logging in.
Hi Jeff, currently there aren’t any notifications on the login screen. I’ve added this item - Maintenance Notification Prior to Logging In - on the Feedback Forum, you can add votes to let our Product Planning Team know you are interested. You can also add feature requests there yourself.
While notification at login isn’t currently available In Notifications Hub, Administrators now receive notifications for cloud maintenance events that are about to start, are underway, or have completed.
- Optionally, clicking a notification opens status.prophix.cloud at the page related to the maintenance event.
- If you are set up in Notifications Hub to receive email messages, then you will get an email for the event as well.
