We just migrated to Prophix cloud, I’d like to see if it’s possible to create a report on Workflow Comments, i.e. those “Comments” user entered under “Workflow” tab?
We use row notes for variance report, so central office can see all row notes users entered in a single report. But there are several personnel accounts that users don’t have writing permission ( Budget for these personnel accounts are extracted from other budget application), so users can’t put row notes for those accounts in variance report. Wonder if users explain those personnel accounts variance in Comments under Workflow tab, could we create a report on all those comment for central office? Any suggestion for this situation?
