How do you set up files as favorites for all users?
Follow these steps below to set file(s) as favorite for your users:
Identify the original location of the file
Select the file(s)
Click on Actions tab
Click on ‘Add to All Users’
You could click on ‘Favorites Manager’ to confirm that your users have the file as a favorite.
