Removing Workflow Tasks

I have set up a new Workflow Project and want the tasks to show on my dashboard. However, My Tasks still shows the Workflow Tasks from the last project on my Dashboard. I went into My Tasks and set the filter for the current project only, but when I go back to My Dashboard and refresh the page, the old Workflow Tasks show up again. Any advice on how to remove them?

Is the workflow completed with the old project? If so, I was told to flip the status back to “Prepare” in Workflow Manager to have tasks removed from the list.

This would be my suggestion as well @heather.poulsen. If this still doesn’t work, I would recommend submitting a ticket with our support team here.
