We live in the rocky mountain region. We have spent thousand of miles enjoying the great outdoors with and without people. In nature it is very easy to keep spread out from people.
I am managing my investments better now as I can do more research
We have several birthday’s we would normally celebrate and have been having birthday parades. It’s great to be out of the house and seeing family, even if from a distance!
We are trying to spend more time with our children. At least something good from this pandemic
We have enjoyed cooking new recipes, working out and walking the dogs.
Walking along locate trails/path and bird watching on the way
We have been doing those home projects that we never quite had time to squeeze in.
read blogs, exercise during breaks and take walks in the evening
I agree with an earlier post, the virtual quizzes have become a stable in our house in the UK as a weekly social activity, plus all the online variations of fitness and home workouts have been invaluable to keep my sanity during these times as well as staying active

I just opened it up back because I noticed it was hidden!
We worked from Home only up to June; not ideal for me as I had smaller screen to work with… yet I thrived.
To ease the frustration of not being able to travel, I do walks, hikes and learn new things…
My daughter has recently taken to crossword puzzles. I often do them myself, so likely she picked it up because of me. I’ll definitely take her doing crosswords over scrolling through TikTok or Netflix videos anyday.
Yes, cycling has been my go to as well.
We picked up a spin bike during this uncertain time. Really great to get that sweat out!

I’ve started this 12 week program by Heather Robertson, and it’s a great program to stay active! Sometimes you need some extra motivation as it is a tough program, but definitely worth the sweat! And it’s FREE!
