Resources to Occupy Your Time During Social Distancing

We live in the rocky mountain region. We have spent thousand of miles enjoying the great outdoors with and without people. In nature it is very easy to keep spread out from people.

@marissa.diehl, you should post a photo on this thread of what you’re cooking. https://prophix.influitive.com/forum/t/whatre-you-eating-in-isolation/249?track-name=notifications

I just opened it up back because I noticed it was hidden!

We worked from Home only up to June; not ideal for me as I had smaller screen to work with… yet I thrived.
To ease the frustration of not being able to travel, I do walks, hikes and learn new things…

My daughter has recently taken to crossword puzzles. I often do them myself, so likely she picked it up because of me. I’ll definitely take her doing crosswords over scrolling through TikTok or Netflix videos anyday.

Yes, cycling has been my go to as well.

We picked up a spin bike during this uncertain time. Really great to get that sweat out!

I’ve started this 12 week program by Heather Robertson, and it’s a great program to stay active! Sometimes you need some extra motivation as it is a tough program, but definitely worth the sweat! And it’s FREE!
