You can embed Power Bi Charts to your Prophix Dashboard using iFrame options. This will allow you to see your Power BI Dashboard directly in Prophix.

  1. Open Prophix Dashboard Studio and add the iFrame tile.

  1. Sign in to your Power BI application. Click on File- >Embed report ->’ Website or portal.’

  1. Select and copy the embed link and go to iFrame in Prophix.

  1. Click on the Cog wheel (top right corner) on the iFrame and paste the embed link. Click OK.

  1. You can see your Power BI charts in Prophix.

How does this take into account your BI account share settings? Our other embed attempts were unsuccessful. Interested to try this and see if it is better.

Hey, guys

If you want to use a secure embedded link (which is the standard for practically all companies), the embedded report will initially appear with a blank page with a login button that opens new tabs, but the iframe does not allow this, making it impossible to log in and access reports.
Is there any alternative?

Thanks for your patience on this. Our team was workshopping it internally.
Unfortunately passing credentials through our dashboard iframes isn’t possible today, but it is something that we will definitely continue to look into

I just created a Power BI connection in our DIS in Prophix. It will be nice to also bring Power BI info into Prophix using this.
