Wondering what’s the difference between YTD Year and YTD Month.
For example, our YE is in Sep, how does it calculate sales for YTD 2022 and YTD Sep under the same version. Thank you!
Hi, I believe the fiscal year is established when you build the cube and define the time dimension. Then, YTD Sep would be just that - YTD through the September month. YTD year is going to be YTD for the entire fiscal year up until the most recent data load or input. For example, if I asked for YTD April and YTD 2022 as of May 16, YTD April will be just that, whilst YTD 2022 will be YTD as of May 16. Hope this helps
