Our Finance team does all of the budgeting at this point; we are just now rolling out Prophix to dept managers for reporting only. Hopefully, next will be budgeting responsibilities. Looking forward to hearing how you do it!
We have always had department directors complete budgeting tasks, but this year it will be all finance driven so I’m looking forward to the presentation.
