We just ordered pizza last night
Ooohhh that does sound good. My wife got me a pellet grill for my birthday in September, it’s been exciting to learn how to use it, and oh my god it makes some scrumptious barbeque (we even made a giant brisket (8 hours!) in early October).
I think one of the best thing I’ve made is slow-smoked nachos, where you just keep the temp nice and low until the cheese is exactly the way you like it. So smoky, so yummy.
Which place is this from, @navin.sadarangani.1? Looks good. And are those green peppers or something else? I’m intrigued.
Mark, that’s from Dove Vivi, one of my fav places to go for pizza here in Portland. They make their crust from cornbread. Absolutely love it. It’s my monthly ritual, at the very least. It’s a half and half - one half being pesto (the one with basil) and the other half being ricotta cheese. You gotta try this if/when you visit
Me and my wife are trying out new recipes online
I made pumpkin logs for the first time last week all by myself (yikes!)! My daughter and I also can’t get enough guacamole, we’ve been making homemade and loving every bite!
Slow smoked nachos. Ooooh that sounds yummy.
That is hilarious! My kids would be completely onboard with this!
I have been eating a lot of Serbian/Yugoslavian traditional food, which takes a long time to prepare and now we have all the time in the world
If someone is interested in Serbian food I would suggest trying out this:
This dish is named after the Serbian Prince Karageorge (Karadjordje) or Black George. It is a rolled pork or veal cutlet stuffed with cheese and then breaded and fried.
Enjoy
Mmmmm … I efforted a campaign for a bourbon pecan pie on Christmas Day. It unfortunately failed, due to the fact we have a bunch of canned pumpkin in the pantry, and no pecans. C’est la vie.
I’ve been trying a lot of new hellofresh meals and remaking some of my favorites like yellow squash flatbreads!
