Automated tasks that run as workflows! A use case would be to update named sets and other repetitive maintenance tasks.
In Security Manager It would be useful to sign on as another user to be able to view their dashboard and set up to ensure that when rolling out to a new user the access and visibility is as expected, especially when restricting access to accounts and folders.
- The ability to see within Model Manager where a specific named set is being used
- The ability to have a drop down menu within rows and columns to change member (like you can do when the dimension is within pages)

Add the ability to create a comment report. There is a line item schedule report, but I cannot find a comment report.
- Format options in Notes.
- Concatenating Notes so multiple Notes can be included in Reports.
- Streamlined conditional formatting for red | yellow | green options.
- Ability to create a line item detail report that can be added to a binder.
- Ability to create a line item report that has more than two members (Account + 1 more) in the displayed grid instead of the pages. Right now you can only add one additional member after account.
- Ability to use unique combinations on the pages selections. For our chart of accounts each Project is assigned a department and a fund. For each project, there is only one valid department to use. Being able to crate a unique combination of Department & Fund and select both at the same time would be helpful for quicker selection in the reports. It would also allow all combinations to load in the export selection screen (we have over 100 projects, 15 departments, and 4 funds so we max out on how many selection options will load).
I would love the menu in the cloud version to the be link the on-prem version. Why is it so small? Why is it always collapsing? Why doesn’t all the text fit in the view? Drives me insane.
Would still love to see a color blind setting within Prophix mainly for the process manager and reviewing issues on the task log with processes that failed. Waterfall chart availability on any report. Upgrades needed to the Journals Manager when it comes to balance sheet entries and how they function within Prophix.
The Excel Add-In should be available on other versions of Excel, not just Office 365!
More options for formatting in Templates especially the date formats.
Report for workflow status, showing commas in data values when summing cells, an in-depth look at DIS or academy session would be helpful, and a class on the purpose of MDX formulas, when to use them, and examples of them would be interesting.
Adding accessibility to excel when exporting. Currently we manually need to format our statements so that persons who are partially sighted, or blind, can read them. The exported version cannot be read properly by screen readers.
