Hi Folks.
I’d find it more useful if workflow participants only received notifications when the task is ready for them, rather than when the workflow is kicked off. I get numerous complaints from users who have tasks assigned to them in a 2nd or 3rd activity that is dependent upon others performing their activities, which means it could be days after the notification is received before they are allowed to start their task.
