Eggs: Over medium, with salt and pepper
Steak: Medium (only eat filet mignon)
Milk: 2%, but never on its own
Alcohol: Bloody Caesar served by The Keg
Hot drink: Steeped black tea (orange pekoe) with 2% milk and unpasteurized honey
I had to make some tough cuts, which is a big part of this exercise. Deviled eggs and poached eggs have a special place in my heart. I felt guilty leaving out bubble tea and coffee. But rules are rules.
Feel free to get creative. For example, some people consume milk exclusively with cereal or prefer tuna steak. Others only like their eggs McMuffined. Let’s see where this takes us!
Eggs: Scrambled with Cheddar Cheese
Steak: Rare, with salt and pepper only
Milk: gotta make it into Ice Cream before I’m interested
Alcohol: Gin (Beefeaters) & Tonic (Schweppes)
Hot drink: Espresso
Eggs: Over easy
Steak: Medium
Milk: Lactose-free
Alcohol: Gløgg - the Prophix team in the Denmark office got me hooked!
Hot drink: Same as above, gløgg is perfect in the winter!
@jamie.laurinovics, I’ve been meaning to try this skillet / oven method. These are all fine choices. I won’t mark you down for a creamy Bailey’s drink at the Prophix Conference.
