I see the context I thought was implied certainly wasn’t!
One of the questions was “What are your plans for Red Carpet?” I wondered if now that you’ve had 180 days of exposure in your new position, do you have any additional thoughts, goals, or ideas about how you might achieve those goals, in addition to all the work you’ve already done. I was just looking to further the conversation… …and keep the thread alive.
Well it’s interesting - there have been a few internal changes that have slightly affected some of the things I wanted to originally work on. This year a lot of the priorities have switched from a Red Carpet focus, to a more general Advocacy focus and approach. For example, top priorities are to ensure CX initiatives are integrated on here (webinar registrations, surveys, etc.), improving reporting capabilities, working on integration to our support portal - this is a big project right now, and building up our reference and referrals program.
So there’s lots going on behind the scenes to make sure that advocacy as a whole is improved rather than just Red Carpet if that makes sense
